We use essential cookies for authentication. These are strictly necessary — without them, you cannot sign in or stay signed in, and the dashboard will not function.

• —Session and authentication cookies — set when you log in, so we know it is you on each request and can keep you signed in across pages.
• —Security cookies — protect against cross-site request forgery and detect abusive or fraudulent sign-in activity.
• —Preference storage — remembers basic interface choices so the dashboard behaves consistently for you.

We may use analytics cookies to understand how the site and dashboard are used in aggregate — which pages get visited, where people drop off, and which features get used. This helps us fix problems and prioritize work.

• —We do not use analytics cookies to build advertising profiles
• —We do not sell analytics data to third parties

Where analytics cookies are in use and applicable law requires consent, we will ask for it before setting them, and you can withdraw that consent at any time using the options in Section 5.

Some cookies are set by the providers that power parts of our service rather than by us directly:

• —Supabase — authentication and session management for your account.
• —Vercel — hosting, request routing, and basic performance measurement.
• —Meta (Facebook / Instagram) — when you connect a social account, Meta may set cookies during the authorization flow, governed by Meta’s own cookie and privacy policies.
• —Payment processor — fraud prevention and secure checkout during payment.

We do not control cookies set by third parties. Review their policies for detail on what they collect and how to manage it.

You have several ways to control non-essential cookies.

5.1 Browser Settings

Every major browser lets you view, block, and delete cookies. Blocking all cookies will break authentication and prevent you from using your dashboard.

5.2 Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control

Where your browser sends a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, we treat it as a request to opt out of non-essential cookies.

5.3 Ask Us Directly

Email hello@operatoraisystems.com and we will disable non-essential analytics tracking for your account and confirm once it is done.

If we add new cookies or change how we use existing ones, we will update this page and revise the effective date at the top. Material changes will be communicated to account holders by email.
